As our mission statement says, your franchisee association is the one, unified voice for all Subway® franchisees. Everyday decisions are made which affect your business and profitability. If there is an issue or concern relative to Subway® business that you need council about or representation on, that's our job. We work with you to get your issues resolved so that you can go back to what's important - running a successful restaurant.

NAASF's regular forums and conferences afford us the opportunity to provide our membership with updates from the various entities within Subway® system (the D.A. community, SFAFT, the IPC, and DAI, among others). These events also provide you with a chance to meet other NAASF members and Subway® Franchisees, exchange ideas and share information.
