The Operations Committee addresses issues of an operational nature that affect Subway® franchisees. Members of this committee also liaise with operational staff at DAI depending on the issue at hand. This committee holds regular conference calls and reports to the NAASF Executive Committee and to the full NAASF Board at its meetings.
