1. What is the purpose of the organization ?
Our
purpose is to have a Franchisee organization that is the official voice
of all Subway® Franchisees, one that is truly representative, autonomous
and accountable to the Subway® Franchisee community. In addition, this
organization will work with FWH, FAF, IPC and the Development Agents on
business growth and profitability and strengthening our collective
investment in the brand.

2. What do you do differently?
We employ
professionals to guide and advise us in effectively representing
Franchisees. We produce and own our communications vehicles to
communicate most effectively with Franchisees. Staff members focus
solely on the association's issues and priorities. Ultimately, being an
independent association allows us to do and say what we need to do for
the Subway® Franchisee community.

3. How do I benefit by joining this association?
All
Subway® Franchisees benefit by having one strong voice with the
leverage to give them "a seat at the table" with the franchisor, FWH.
Additional members-only benefits are also available, such as healthcare, paperless payroll tools,
and other discounts for events as well as other member benefits. Click here for more information on member benefits.

4. What is the structure of the NAASF organization?
NAASF
consists of a 14-member, national board elected by its members from
North America. NAASF Ambassadors are in each area and report to the
national board. NAASF is staffed by professionals who oversee the
association's day-to-day operations including administration of the
association, communications initiatives, and financial management.

5. How am I represented in this association?

from within your region. These elected representatives serve on the
NAASF Board of Directors and bring your issues, thoughts, concerns and
ideas to the national Board for consideration and input.

7. Are NAASF board members allowed to sit on other national boards?
No.
Due to the time commitment required by NAASF Board members, it is
against NAASF's bylaws for a board member to serve on more than one
board at the same time.

11. Do you represent Franchisees who don't pay membership dues?
Regardless
of whether or not the Franchisee is a dues-paying member, this
association represents all Franchisees within the Subway® system. It is
our hope, however, that all Franchisees will demonstrate their support
by contributing dues on an annual basis.

12. How are multi-unit owners represented?
Multi-unit
owners ("MUOs") are represented the same as other Subway® Franchisees.
MUO issues are addressed in unique seminars and meetings designed for
multi-unit owners.

13. Why does the NAASF represent only North America?
All
Franchisees are represented by NAASF, but international Franchisee
issues often differ significantly from those of Franchisees in the
established marketplaces of the U.S. and Canada. International
Franchisees are more than welcome to become NAASF members.
Are you a Franchisee in Australia? Your Franchisee association, AASF,
can provide you with more details on this sister organization to NAASF.

addition, the Association also posts an annual report. *Please note: One
of our most expeditious methods of communicating with our members is
